Why this exists · my story
It started with one word.
In August 2023 I opened a scan result at dinner and read the word lesion: no symptoms, an MRI taken for something else entirely.
The first problem wasn’t the tumour; it was knowing whom to trust and what to ask. I read publications and trial histories for twenty-three surgeons until the list was short enough to call.
After surgery, the diagnosis was an IDH-mutant astrocytoma. The treatment I chose wasn’t what I was first offered: an IDH inhibitor alongside a vaccine built from my tumour’s mutations.
I found those options because I knew how to work the system. That is an unfair advantage. Nobody should need it just to understand their own care.
Triangle turns the work I did by hand into a home for your medical life, with AI that helps you understand your file, see your options, and walk into every conversation prepared.
